Würth Pro (GlowRep custom branded application) was introduced to our sales force moving the company, from a painstaking manually driven workflow, forward with the sole purpose of streamlining order processes, increasing productivity and minimising errors. Having been fully operational on the system from May 2013, it is prevalent that Würth Pro (GlowRep custom branded application) most definitely delivered what was initially promised.
The system was chiselled to our specific requirements and increased workflow procedures, decreased errors significantly and introduced our customers to a more user friendly sales tool which was well received by the sales force as well as our clients.
It is in our opinion that this system can only benefit one’s business, with the Glowlight Staff being extremely competent, reliable and flexible to their client’s requirements.

These products enable sales representatives to accurately capture their orders and customer data using up to date product and stock information. The system generates a customer call cycle for each representative that enables the area manager to keep track of the representative’s movements, orders and new contacts.
The orders are then transmitted electronically to the head office or processing agency and to the customer if needed.
